The bill (SB 118), which passed during this spring’s legislative session, would prevent local governments from placing restrictions on presidential libraries and would give the state authority to regulate establishing and operating such facilities.
Trump is a Palm Beach County resident. DeSantis’ office announced Monday night that he had signed the bill and 13 others from the legislative session.
