A Florida waterfront estate owned by former NBA big man Hassan Whiteside is now on the market in South Florida.

Located at 528 Lakeview Court, in Miami Beach, the modern mansion was built in 2014 and sits in the well-to-do Lakeview neighborhood. Property records show that the home was purchased by a trust associated with Whiteside in 2016 for $7.3 million.

The home is now asking $19.5 million.

According to the listing, Whiteside’s 5,406-square-foot pad comes with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, as well as a contemporary chef’s kitchen, an aquarium, a floating staircase, a home cinema, a gym, a koi pond, a three-car garage, a dock, and more.

The 35-year-old former center was drafted in the second round by the Sacramento Kings in 2010, but he’s probably best known for his run with the Miami Heat from 2014-2019. Over his career, Whiteside has also played for the Portland Trailblazers and the Utah Jazz, and was the NBA blocks leader in both the 2016 and 2020 seasons.

Whiteside’s Miami manse is being represented by Dina Goldentayer of Douglas Elliman.
