Florida is now home to one of the most expensive estates currently on the market, which, if sold, would become the nation’s highest-priced sale.

Located at 100 Bay Road in Naples, the megamansion dubbed “Gordon Pointe” has newly been listed for $271 million (after a $61 million price tag increase from its last time being listed in June 2025).

The record for the most expensive home sale in the U.S. is currently held by the $239.96 million New York City penthouse of billionaire Ken Griffin sold in 2019.

The 22,800-square foot property comprises three separate residences across a total 8 acres of waterfront land. The peninsula estate comes with a deep-water yacht basin, 772 feet of private beach and a protected harbor.

The listing leaves out any other details, including the number of bedrooms or bathrooms, but we’re imagining nothing short of an unnecessary amount of luxury.

The listing agent handling the sale is Tim Savage with Gulf Coast International Properties.
