Life is certainly good for Atlanta rapper Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn, better known as Future, who just splurged on a giant Florida mega-mansion.

As first reported by real estate site Real Deal, the Grammy Award-winning 38-year-old recently dropped $16.3 million on a waterfront Miami Beach, located at 6493 Allison Rd..

The 7,250-square-foot house, which is within the gated Allison Island, comes with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, as well an elevator, a rooftop terrace, an infinity edge pool, an upstairs master suite with a wet bar, a detached guest house, staff quarters, a dock and 75 feet of water frontage, and more.

Built in 2020, the home was previously owned by French insurance CEO Laurent Ouazana and his wife Pascale, who purchased the estate for $12.5 million.

According to Real Deal, Dina Goldentayer of Douglas Elliman represented the Ouazanas, while Jordan Karp of Jordan Karp LLC represented Future.

Future’s big purchase comes about a month after selling the publishing rights to a massive chunk of his music catalog to an investment firm,  a deal rumored to be valued in the “high eight figures,” reports Variety.
