Cold weather shelters across Central Florida are opening to the public as the region experiences a cold front with lows plunging into the 30s.

Here are all the shelters opening this week across Orange, Osceola, Lake and Volusia counties.

Orange County:

South Econ Recreation Center Gym
3800 S. Econlockhatchee Trail, Orlando
Opens 5 p.m. Tuesday and closes 8 a.m. Wednesday

Barnett Park Recreation Center Gym
4801 W. Colonial Drive, Orlando
Opens 5 p.m. Tuesday and closes 8 a.m. Wednesday

Matthew’s Hope Ministry
611 Business Park Blvd., Winter Garden
Open 8 a.m. Tuesday through Friday morning

Lynx buses will offer free rides for those in need of transportation to Homeless Services Network shelters.

Osceola County:

First United Methodist Church St. Cloud
1000 Ohio Ave., St. Cloud
Opens 6 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday

Iglesia Del Nazareno Casa De Vida
2367 Fortune Road, Kissimmee
Opens 6 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday

Lake County:

Life Pointe Church
3551 E. Orange Ave., Eustis
Open 5 p.m. to 7 a.m. Tuesday through Friday

Salvation Army warming station
2065 South St., Leesburg
Open 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday through Thursday

Those in need of transportation to a Lake County shelter can call Lake County Connection at 352-742-2612.

Volusia County:

Bridge at The Neighborhood Center
421 S. Palmetto Ave., DeLand
Open 6:30 p.m. through Wednesday

Halifax Urban Ministries
HUM is coordinating shelter service with nearby churches it partners with. Those in need of shelter or transportation can contact HUM at 386-317-5886.
