The Carnival Triumph, also known as the infamous “poop cruise” boat from 2013, is now knee-deep in metaphorical shit after bombing a recent inspection from the Centers for Disease Control.

A November report from the CDC was released earlier this week and highlights some choice scenarios like flies in unsanitary food prep areas, dairy products stored in hot temperatures, and dirty/clogged machinery.

The 2,754-passenger vessel scored a 78 out of 100, which is a rare failing grade for larger cruise lines.

According to the Miami Herald, major cruise lines typically score 86 points or above. “As far as a large ship, I couldn’t tell you the last time this happened,” said Miami-based cruise expert Stewart Chiron to the paper. “That’s how rare this is.”

Mike Driscoll, editor of Cruise Week, told the Herald that the failing grade will likely have no long-term impact for the Triumph.

The ship made headlines a few years ago when an engine room fire caused the ship to lose propulsion, resulting in a disabled and shit-covered boat floating off the coast of Alabama.
