Timucua White House resolves parking issues with City of Orlando

As reported by the Daily City, the city of Orlando has entered into a long-term parking agreement with the Timucua Arts White House, effectively resolving the dispute with the city over parking in the neighborhood venue.

Under this agreement, attendees of Timucua events may use the surface parking lot next to the (very) nearby Wadeview Park (2177 S. Summerlin Ave.), as long as Timucua staff gives the city sufficient advance notice. 

The agreement goes into effect Aug. 1 for three years, with the possibility of two further three-year terms.
