If ’60s model-singer Nico were to be brought back from the dead, shot full of street ketamine and given a crash course on the state of world politics since her 1988 cerebral hemorrhage, then shoved into a recording studio decorated solely with framed photos of dead puppies, the resulting tracks might sound something like the crestfallen abjection of Names Divine singer Kendra Calhoun and her ever-changing backup band of cacophonous instrument abusers.
