Psychedelic soul enigma Robert Callender returns to Orlando to pay live anniversary tribute to a lost album — only in Orlando.
Callender revisits his 1970s song suite Le Musée de L’Impressionnisme on the 50th anniversary of that album’s birth with two shows at Judson’s Live.
It should be noted that these are Callender’s only live dates to perform this album. It should also be noted that Callender is an ethereal showman with a voice untouched by time — and that previous live shows here in Orlando, performing The Way in 2022 and Rainbow in 2023 at Timucua, were transcendent affairs.
Robert Callender plays Judson’s Live on Tuesday, Feb. 18, at 7 & 9 p.m. Tickets are still available through the Dr. Phillips Center.
