Punjabi crossover-pop star Diljit Dosanjh is here in the States as part of his “Aura World Tour” of U.S. arenas and stadiums, including stops in New York, Atlanta and Orlando (hey!). Dosanjh preceded the tour with a performance and interview on the Tonight Show a couple of weeks ago, even attempting to school ever-hapless host Jimmy Fallon on his singular dance moves.
The singer/actor is riding high on music that melds bhangra beats crossed with a whole world of music, including reggaeton and lithe rock and his own stylistic flair. Is Dosanjh truly the G.O.A.T.? You’ll have to find out for yourselves.
