Glammy rockers The Struts plot a British invasion of Orlando’s Hard Rock Live

Brit rockers The Struts are celebrating a decade of their debut album, Everybody Wants. The hitmaking glamsters are smack in the middle of a U.S. tour with a mere two Florida shows — though that’s two more than Oasis did, so hey!

“We came at a time in music where guitars were seen but never heard and to be androgynous was highly unfashionable. Being myself certainly did not make life easier for us nor the climb to success faster but we certainly kicked the doors down for so many bands to come,” said frontman Luke Spiller in a surprisingly profound press statement.

With Everybody Wants the band came charging straight out the gate with their template perfected — big Queen-size tunes with sleazy charisma to spare. It’s aged well, and here we are.
