This is big: OG Bay Area thrash maestros Testament return to Orlando for a co-headlining show with Euro counterparts Kreator.

They’ll take you back to a time when metal bands weren’t afraid to sing about actual important issues like, say, climate change (topical!) — Testament’s “Greenhouse Effect” — or racism (Kreator’s “People of the Lie”), with unhinged riffs to back it up.

Never seen Kreator, but this writer can testify to Testament resembling a musical Dorian Gray, untouched by time. For the true heads, Testament does an in-store signing at Park Ave CDs the day before the show, which has us unreasonably excited.

7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15, Hard Rock Live, $34-$47.
