Forget Coachella: Niko Is headlines Smokechella at Celine

Unofficial Weed Day arrives this weekend, and if you’re not in danger of having to pass a drug test anytime soon, you can probably partake just by hitting up all of the weed-themed parties in town and taking a deep breath at each. Downtown’s Celine gets in on the action by hosting Smokechella, a daytime festival celebrating “cannabis culture” with live music, local art and a market of local vendors, headlined by Niko Is.
