Deer Dance do System of a Down, joined by Orlando’s Thrull and Rosary, all on a Monday

Orlando’s hardcore hellraisers Rosary and noisy grindcore group Thrull play with Deer Dance at Will’s Pub next week, celebrating the year’s end with a chaotic showcase of new, heavy local music and Deer Dance taking on System of a Down’s collected works.

If that’s not enough, Deer Dance member John Farran will moonlight as Johnny Hummus, purveyor of the finest hummus. His wares sell fast so don’t miss out! Proceeds go to relief efforts for Palestine and Syria.

This show is late-breaking best-of list fodder. In the words of System’s Serj, everybody’s going to the party have a real good time. Or, maybe more fittingly, blast off.

Deer Dance, Thrull and Rosary play Will’s Pub on Monday, Dec. 30, at 8 p.m. Tickets are $10.
