Singer-songwriter Barry Manilow has postponed his March 13 concert in Orlando as well as a number of other upcoming concerts, as the pop legend continues his fight with lung cancer.

The mid-March show had already been rescheduled once, from January, but Manilow recently announced via social media that was holding off on a number of March dates after consulting with his doctor.

“[The doctor] said, ‘Barry, you won’t be ready to do a 90-minute show. Your lungs aren’t ready yet,’” Manilow wrote on social media. “‘You’re in great shape considering what you’ve been through, but your body isn’t ready. You shouldn’t do the first arena shows. You won’t make it through.’”

Manilow is still planning to go ahead with his late-March Vegas residency as of this writing. In addition, the Ticketmaster link for the Orlando show is still live, but now showing date and time TBA, which lines up with Manilow’s promise to reschedule these Florida shows again.
