Blowfly’s 30-plus year career has focused on many areas (mainly women’s erogenous zones), but not once has the original nasty rapper set his sights on punk music ‘ until now. On Blowfly’s Punk Rock Party, Blowfly (aka Clarence Reid) and company lampoon tracks from the Clash, Ramones and Offspring, turning them into ‘Should I Fuck This Big Fat Ho?,â?� ‘I Wanna Be Fellatedâ?� and ‘Gotta Keep Her Penetrated.â?� Remember how Billy Idol’s ‘Dancing With Myselfâ?� sounded a lot like ‘Playing With Myself?â?� Apparently, Blowfly thought so too, but his version makes the one in your head sound tame by comparison. With 25 tracks (six of which are PG-13 radio edits), this is a conversation-starter, or stopper, at any soiree. Forget turning soft. At 61, Blowfly’s vulgarity only gets better with age.
