For a half-century, Wally’s has been an escape for the washed-out and those intrigued by slumming it. But there’s charm inside these smoke-stained walls ‘ overpoured drinks dull the senses, naked women stare out from the peeling wallpaper, the guy next to you passes gas and laughs.
