From all-you-can-eat buffets to bottomless mimosa offerings, it would appear that there’s infinite ways to enjoy the most important meal of the week here in Orlando. Since we’re basically rich in brunch, here’s a few that should absolutely be on your bucket list.

Se7en Bites has specials that rotate out every weekend, but a consistent and delicious menu item is the 3 Little Pigs, which features a homemade biscuit (as big as your fist) topped with cheddar grits, pimento cheese, bacon, a egg baked with ham and to top it off, this open-faced morning treat is then smothered in sausage gravy. Yum!

Serving up contemporary American cuisine and brunch daily, the Briarpatch is a staple breakfast spot on Park Avenue. With breakfast goodies like blueberry stuffed pancakes and raspberry-and-brie stuffed brioche french toast, it’s not hard to find a reason to wait in line here.

Unlimited mimosas are on the menu as well, along with their in house Blood Mary that can be topped with your option of grilled shrimp, smoked bacon or pepperoni straws.

In the space that used to house Kasa, Chela is now bringing you brunch on Sundays in downtown Orlando. They put a Mexican spin on traditional breakfast fare, like chimichurri steak and tostones and shrimp grits with spicy chorizo thrown in for a nice kick in the ass.

Dexter’s is the O.G. Orlando brunch destination. Sunday brunch includes bottomless mimosas at the Winter Park and Windermere locations, but be sure to call ahead because this place is always switching things up.

The only brunch variation from their regular menu is the benedict bao and various special brunch libations. May we suggest trying the sriracha bloody mary for a wake-up call? Another O.G. brunch spot and local favorite, Maxine’s elevates weekend brunch to another level. Start with the wine lover’s board that offers an assortment of fruits, nuts, meat and breads. The Stubborn Mule has a massive patio and they’re dishing up brunch every Saturday and Sunday, but be warned, there are rules to this weekend brunch, like no chugging from the champagne bottle. But there are no rules on grub. Start off with their brunch nachos.

Not to be confused with the place with a similar name in Mills 50, The District in Sanford is serving up classic American fare for brunch on Sundays, whether it’s classic shrimp and grits or their Dr. Seuss-inspired green eggs and ham. All their food is worth the trip.
