The Moderne
1241 E. Colonial Drive, Orlando“The Moderne is a fantastic spot for a casual yet elevated dining experience and night out. I’ve been here countless times so I thought I’d review my most recent experience. After plenty of visits I must say this place deserves 5 stars. In comparison to competitors, The Moderne really distinguishes itself and has remained CONSISTENT in service, food and drink quality.” — Haneen S. Credit: Photo via The Moderne/Facebook

Kres Chophouse
17 W. Church St., OrlandoThe focus on bringing in a ritzy clientele gives the interior of this downtown Orlando restaurant the feeling of a time warp — back to when going to get a nice steak was the finest thing a discerning eater could do for themselves. But you might be surprised by the healthy selection of vegan choices on the menu as well. Credit: Photo via Kres Chophouse

Delaney’s Tavern
1315 S. Orange Ave., Orlando“We come quite often to Delaney’s Tavern. Sometimes we meet friends for dinner or others just because we want something delicious. I have had a few of their signature cocktails and have never been disappointed. Their food is decadent in a good way. Their menu gets tweaked here and there, and I can usually find something Gluten-Free to eat, and they are super accomodating. Honestly, I don’t have a favorite dish but once had a Mushroom Risotto that was out of this world. It’s a great place with fun art, good food, and friendly staff.” — Carla L. Highball & Harvest
4012 Central Florida Parkway, Orlando“Highball & Harvest is located in the Ritz Carlton hotel and as a bar, it has a great vibe, and as a restaurant, it has a limited menu, but the food was decent enough and the service was truly stellar.” — John M. Credit: Photo via Highball & Harvest

Bacán
6100 Wave Hotel Drive, Orlando“Bacán is a gorgeous restaurant nestled inside The Wave hotel, but once you’re been seated, you do not feel like you’re in a hotel lobby. The atmosphere is very nice, the staff is very attentive, and the food is very good. I would grab a reservation, it was busy on the night that we went, but I’m not sure if that’s a daily concern since we went on a Saturday night.” — Sean C. Credit: Photo via Bacán

Pine & Oak Tavern
8600 El Prado Ave., Orlando“Stopped in here for magical dining and really had a great experience. The decor is clean and modern. We were seated quickly and greeted right away. The servers were attentive, but there was an event that was in the hall and many of the guests came over to the restaurant and bar after so they got super busy. We did not have any issue with the service even as busy as they were – and some of the servers were literally running to get food so they were working hard and we appreciated all that they did. We even found out that the AC was out in the kitchen and the food being cooked perfectly made it even more impressive!” — Aimee B. Credit: Photo via Pine & Oak Tavern/Facebook

The H Orlando
7512 Dr. Phillips Blvd., Orlando“I love trying new places and experiencing a restaurant that has their own menu, ambiance, and provides nothing like any other restaurant. The H Orlando provides an upscale experience that doesn’t disappoint! As expected their prices are higher scale, I would recommend it for a nice date nice or a special occasion!” — Josselin G. The caliber of food here is absolutely far superior than any of the other offerings at this sprawling resort complex. This place was absolutely packed in each of the 3 times I’ve dined here so that says a lot about what a lovely venue it is.” — Kevin W. Credit: Photo via Toledo/Yelp

Ocean Prime
7339 W. Sand Lake Road, Orlando“The interior is still very chic with great lighting but also comfortable. It’s lively but you can still enjoy dinner conversation with your guests. Bread and cocktails come out quickly and the food service can be as fast or as leisurely as you’d like. Food highlights include their steak and seafood. The Chilean Sea Bass is the best I’ve ever had… huge portion, cooked perfectly. We are also big fans of their sides with our favorite being the jalapeño au gratin. Do not skip!” — Jenn M.
