Propagation says they will close this month, and now the best Yelp page in Orlando is dead

Propagation, the Mills 50 furniture store and coffee shop that refused to offer WiFi, announced that they will be closing their doors for good this month.

The shop made the official announcement last Sunday, May 1, on their Instagram page:
As many of you know, coffee is not the only business we are involved in. We got our start sourcing, refinishing and selling mid century furniture. This aspect of our company still makes up the bulk of our business/interests and it's what we really love doing, along with interior design. As much as we sincerely love coffee, we've decided to return to focusing on design and furniture full time (along with a few other new projects in the works). There are opportunities we must pursue and unfortunately there's just not enough time in the day for all of it. May will be our last month as a brick and mortar operation in Orlando. Thank you to everyone who has supported us this past year! We will be having quite a few cocktail nights before the end of the month to celebrate with all the fine folks we've gotten to know over the past year. We're incredibly excited about future endeavors!
Indeed this is a sad day. With this closing not only do we lose yet another place to get a cup of coffee, but we also lose arguably the most notorious Yelp page in Orlando.

If you haven't given this Yelp page a solid read, you're truly missing out on a rare internet gem. Like all Yelp pages, Propagation's was a battleground of opinions, but what set it apart was the fact that the owners almost always responded to negative reviews, and they did so with zero remorse.

From posts that argued about the taste of their coffee, to not offering WiFi to customers and even rules regarding sitting on furniture, this page truly had it all, and the owners never backed down.

It was a bold strategy.

Though Propagation did receive plenty of positive reviews, the negative ones were by far the funniest. Here are just a few of the highlights:
Propagation will likely live on as a furniture store, but now that the coffee side of the business is gone, the Yelp page will never be the same. Rest in peace, Yelp page. You were a treasure.
