Downtown WOB hosts grilled-cheese pairing dinner with Central 28 Beer Company on July 13

Attention, cheeseheads: If there’s one pairing dinner you should definitely attend, this is it. On Wednesday night, July 13, the World of Beer location in downtown Orlando will host a dinner featuring four grilled cheese sandwiches paired with Central 28 Beer Company brews, a brewery out of DeBary, starting at 7 p.m.

WOB has released the menu, so here’s what to expect:

The Sandwich: Aged Cheddar, Applewood Bacon, Pepper Jelly on Sourdough
The Beer: Groveland Road Blood Orange IPA

The Sandwich: Gruyere cheese, blackberry compote, Honey Maple Ham, on French Toast
The Beer: Ideia Coffee Porter

The Sandwich: Manchego Cheese, Apple Slices, Arugula, Walnut Spread on Ciabatta Bread
The Beer: Trekker Saison

The Sandwich: American Cheese on Pullman Bread with Parmesan Cheese crust and a side of Tomato Bisque
The Beer: Under Duck Lager

Vegetarians, you’re not left out. Once you’ve purchased your tickets, give the WOB location a call and let them know you don’t eat meat. They’ll make sure your grilled cheeses are veg-friendly.

There are only 40 spots for this dinner, so your safest bet is to shell out for $23 advance tickets (they’re $28 on the day of, assuming there are still tickets left) and be prepared for a fizzy, melty, crunchy, sweet and creamy meal.
