Jade Sushi & New Asian 2425 Edgewater Drive, 407-422-7968, http://jadenewasian.com/ If you’ve tried some of the usual sushi places in town and want to venture out, this is the spot. Gabriel’s Submarine Sandwich Shop 3006 Edgewater Drive, 407-425-9926, http://newmoonmarket.com/ This might just be one of the oldest sub shops in Orlando. They opened their doors in 1958 and have been servicing Orlando’s sub needs ever since then. Although the name may sound a bit promiscuous, it’s easy to see it comes from their large collection of pepper shakers that are inside. If you are looking for that authentic Italian pizza experience, without having to renew your passport, this is the spot. If you’re looking to expand your horizons of wine this is your place. They have over 200 wines from around the world and have won the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence four times since 2014. The bottles cover almost every inch of the walls and if the kitchen i the back doesn’t have you covered for hunger, then you can check out one of the food trucks that is usually there.
