It seems like nowadays sometimes the trailers for movies are just as anticipated as the films themselves. Well, fans of Suzanne Collins’ Hunger Games series, must be bouncing around in their seats to find out that the trailer for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 was released today. Here are a few things to keep an eye out for as you watch the preview:
- Katniss’ (played by Jennifer Lawrence) killer side braid
- ALL the destruction
- Impressive as hell archery skills
- Moving, swell-y music
- The appearance Philip Seymour Hoffman (his death still stings) as Plutarch Heavensbee

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 is released in theaters on Friday, Nov. 21. Advance tickets go on sale on Wednesday Oct. 29.
