The Orlando Science Center has been reliving the heyday of the laser light show this summer with their popular Stellar Nights after-hours weekend events. Originally set to end on Aug. 1, the event is back for one more trippy hurrah this weekend.
On Friday & Saturday, Aug. 7-8, Stellar Nights will be back for some last summer shows in the Dome, which opened this past June.
These final laser shows feature pomp and circumstance from Queen and Pink Floyd on Friday, and the purest of pop from Taylor Swift and The Beatles on Saturday.
The planetarium shows will take guests from the stars and planets above Central Florida skies all the way to the edges of the galaxy. Guests are inspired to ask questions as the universe unfolds above the crowd.
On top of shows in the Dome, there will be stargazing in the observatory, access to exhibits and maker workshops with circuit building and hydraulics all on offer.
Access to the Stellar Nights event and all it offers is included with a general admission ticket to the Science Center, but seating is limited in the Dome so guests are encouraged to arrive early for these shows.
