The Central Florida Zoo in Sanford is hosting Sunset at the Zoo, a Pride event celebrating diversity and biodiversity in our area. The after-hours event includes storytime for families, giraffe feedings, barnyard buddies, one-on-one chats with zookeepers, animal enrichment sessions and more.
Event-specific enticements include music from the Orlando Gay Chorus and Pride 365 Radio, food and beverages by Go Juice, Alaskan Ice and Bon Appetit. Community organizations including Orlando Health, Come Out With Pride Inc., The Umbrella Brigade and more will be on hand with information and resources.
For those who love wildlife, celebrating togetherness, and experiencing Pride month in wild new ways, Sunset at the Zoo may just be the event you’re looking for.
