A performer in all senses of the word, comedian and actor Margaret Cho is set to bring an untraditional, unfiltered look at the world around her to Orlando’s Plaza Live.

Having spent decades gracing stand-up spaces, television show sets and theater stages, Cho is an all-around entertainer with mastery in inciting laughs. She got her start in the spotlight with the 1994 comedy series All American Girl before her sitcom breakout with The Cho Show (2008) which saw the comic navigate Hollywood.

Since her start, she’s become an on-screen mainstay with roles in Drop Dead Diva, 30 Rock and numerous (and wildly praised) film releases of her stand-up. All to say, Cho won’t have a shortage of material to draw from in Orlando.

7:30 p.m. Friday, May 16, The Plaza Live, $51- $141.
