Drag superstar Alyssa Edwards — or as you may call her, “Queen of the Mothertucking World” — will soon grace her loyal Orlando subjects with her regal presence.
Did we make up that royal title? No, it was bestowed upon her last year when Edwards won RuPaul’s Drag Race Global All-Stars, which makes it legally binding. What’s just as ironclad is Edwards’ show-stop- ping performances and storytelling skills, both of which will be displayed in abundance at this Plaza Live performance.
In other Edwards-related news, she’s about to appear as part of the second season of Drag Race spin-off Slaycation full of “fun activities, frivolity, and a hint of drama” in the Canadian wilds. Who knows, she may find Canada more to her liking than our exceedingly dumb country, so pay your homage now.
