Orlando designer Anne Benson is a local artist and a self-professed shopaholic. On her Etsy site, where she sells her latest creations, she explains that she created re:deux, her line of repurposed clothing, both to satisfy her creative streak and to support her shopping habit. Her items are made completely from recycled clothing items – jeans, sweaters, blazers and outdated pieces are brought back to life as something new and interesting to wear (and look at). At this event, you can get a peek at some of her one-of-a-kind items, like jeans and hoodies recycled into dresses, embroidered pieces, and cardigans with unexpected ruffles and embellishments. – Erin Sullivan
