Orlando City embraces local bands

Orlando City Soccer Club stirred up some sports frenzy instantly when they came to town, nodding to MLS fans who were so hugely dedicated to their overseas soccer clubs, they packed the Celt at unheard-of drinking hours between 5 and 8 a.m. during the World Cup, getting rowdy before it was a locally cool thing to do. Now, OCSC seeks to support a new sect of our community with a concert series that kicks off April 14 that promotes a range of local bands like Dropa Stone, Posterra and the Savi Fernandez Band. Basically, soccer fans are encouraged to show up an hour early to see these shows, giving you have a reason to pre-game pre–party. Here’s the full schedule as it stands now:
