Friday, April 5David Litt at Roth Jewish Community Center

Ever wanted to (metaphorically) pick the brain of someone who’s worked at the White House? Well, now’s your chance as David Litt, former presidential speechwriter and staffer from the Obama administration, has written a book about his time in the White House and will be talking about his experience there. In fact, you can mull it over with him over dinner if you purchase the VIP package, which also includes a paperback copy of his book, Thanks, Obama: My Hopey, Changey White House Years. Despite the seemingly serious topic (especially in today’s political climate) Litt is known for his sense of humor, and was often the source of the many jokes and comedic relief moments in Obama’s speeches. His view on politics is no different and provides a fresh perspective to a topic usually seen as heavy.
