Artist Doug Rhodehamel (aka the paper-bag mushroom guy) usually doesn’t have to worry about attendance at his openings, many of which are one-night installations. But the Friday, Nov. 5, reception for his latest project, Sea of Green, might be a different story, because it’s going to be an hour’s drive from Orlando at the Lake Eustis Museum of Art. Will his fans go the distance?

Our suggestion: Make a food stop when you get to Mount Dora, which is only a hop, skip and a jump away from lesser-known Eustis.
