Furry friends meets fun frights? It must be time for Orange County Animal Services’ fifth annual semi-spooky and very cuddly Furry Fall Festival.

On Wednesday, Oct. 25, from 2-6 p.m., all are invited to Orange County Animal Services Pet Rescue and Adoption Center on Conroy Road for a howling good time.

The shelter will be decked out for spooky season (including staff) and the event features spooky-silly games, trick-or-treating, music, food trucks … and waived adoption fees for all of its furry little monsters that are in need of a fur-ever home (that last one is a treat in our book).

“Furry Fall Festival is a staff favorite event, with many of us dressing up and taking an opportunity to enjoy the Halloween holiday and time with one another,” said Diane Summers, manager for Orange County Animal Services, in a press statement. “Last year’s event resulted in 34 pets finding new homes, so we’re hoping to best that.”
