‘Drag Race’ star and Orlando queen Ginger Minj will kick off her U.S. tour at the Plaza Live

Orlando drag legend and Rupaul’s Drag Race star Ginger Minj is heading out on a U.S. tour as summer ends and spooky season begins and — jump scare! — she’s kicking off this trek locally.

Minj is hitting the road on a coast-to-coast Hokus Pokus Live tour, where she presents her own theatrical take on the 1993 Bette Midler-starring witches’ tale Hocus Pocus. (Minj herself starred in the sequel to Hocus Pocus, so this is the real deal.) The “Glamour Toad” will be joined on tour by a triad of Drag Race and Dragula alumni: Sapphira Cristál, Jujubee and Landon Cider.

“This tour brings together an extraordinary lineup of talent, each a master of their craft,” said Minj in a press statement. “It’s more than just a drag show; it’s a magical theatrical experience that will leave audiences spellbound.”

Ginger Minj’s Hokus Pokus Live tour comes to the Plaza Live on Thursday, Sept. 4. Tickets are available through the venue.
