These are just a few of the literally thousands of figurines, portraits, books, souvenirs and objects ornamenting Stardust Video & Coffee — crowded atop cooler cases, swinging from the ceiling, tacked to walls and shelves, clustering in the corners on every horizontal surface and making every visit a treat for the eyes, if not the sinuses.
Breaking with the tradition of the past several years of a Wes Anderson-themed costume party, this Halloween, Stardust turns more self-referential with the Night of a Thousand Tchotchkes, an invitation to dress up as your favorite Stardust gewgaw. Prizes will be awarded to costumes for Best Use of Materials, Most Obscure and Audience Choice. We predict greatness (and we also predict long lines for the photobooth).
