An ambitious new multigenre “wellness experience” — step back, winger yoga-moms and RFK Jr. cosplayers, it’s not that type of wellness — returns this weekend with perhaps their most rounded-out event yet.

Taking over Audubon Park watering hole Redlight Redlight, the hybrid LGBTQ+, gothic and alternative gathering features artists, vendors, DJs, live music and alt-drag. It’s an event with intention, though: The focus is on community gathering and healing through sound. To that end, sound-bath sonics come courtesy of Eva Strangelace and Tuesday; Doug Rhodehamel will set up an installation, and there will even be guided meditation. The drag contingent for the evening is Sue Cyde, Anesthesia, Medusha and De Sastre.

Against all odds, these meld harmoniously!

6:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 5, Redlight Redlight, 2810 Corrine Drive, instagram.com/collectiveecho, $12.
