This year marks the 20th anniversary of the Orlando International Fringe Theatre Festival, and to kickoff the new season, festival organizers Beth Marshall and friends will hold a photo shoot on Monday, Feb. 7 at 4:30 p.m. at Orlando Shakespeare Theatre.
In honor of this year’s festival theme – “20 Year High School Reunion” – artists, volunteers and patrons are invited to dress as familiar school personalities – prom queen, cheerleaders, nerds and the like – for a group photo that will be featured on festival promo posters.
The official Fringe Theatre Festival isn’t until May 18, but the group is holding a couple of events leading up to the main event: a Hard Rock Pin unveiling party next week, in honor of this year’s commemorative Fringe pin, and later this month, the well-known Fabulous Fringe Fundraiser.
