Florida gators don't care about your fence

Posted By on Fri, Jul 1, 2016 at 5:17 PM

So far this summer, Florida residents have seen a 16-foot alligator roaming a golf course, a 5-foot alligator casually walking across a crosswalk and now an 8-foot alligator climbing a fence.

A video from Wednesday, July 29, shows an alligator climbing a chain-link fence at the Hideaway Country Club in Fort Myers.

This isn't the first gator to hop a fence; it actually happens more than you'd think. Back in 2013, an alligator was recorded in Miami climbing a chain-link fence near a parking lot.
