For a second time, Orlando will get to host World Wrestling Entertainment's annual event WrestleMania.

WrestleMania 33 will be held April 2, 2017 at the Orlando Citrus Bowl, according to WWE representatives at a press conference Tuesday.

Government officials such as Florida Gov. Rick Scott, Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer and Orange County Mayor Teresa Jacobs joined with WWE big names from WWE stars such as John Cena, Vince McMahon, Stephanie McMahon and Roman Reigns to make the announcement.

Jacobs says it is estimated WrestleMania 33 will generate nearly $100 million of economic impact for regional and local economies.

"Do you know how many communities would love to have $100 million?" she says. "...We are working hard to make sure this is a great event."

Aside from WrestleMania 33, Orlando will also be a host to several events the week of April 2, 2017. The fan festival WrestleMania Axxess will be at the Orange County Convention Center and the 2017 WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony will be at the Amway Center.

The last time WrestleMania was held at the Citrus Bowl in 2008, more than 74,000 people attended the event.

"I believe a place like Orlando embodies what WWE is all about," Cena tells the crowd. "Orlando welcomes people and makes the impossible possible, makes dreams reality. And Orlando, just like WrestleMania, makes moments that last a lifetime."
