Birria, a traditional Mexican meat stew, became a favorite of the Instagram foodies in 2020. The viral sensation followed its typical path, from holes in the wall to food trucks to tattooed former finance bros who consider themselves chefs. Food trucks specializing in birria popped up all over and plenty of restaurants made space for it on their menu. We aren’t complaining, though. TikTok trend or not, it adds up to more incredible food for Orlando. With so much birria to choose from, we made a list to help simplify lunch.
