A megamansion estate with the space and amenities of a luxury resort has just hit the market in Central Florida.

The Kingfisher Point Estate, dubbed “Zoelyon,” boasts eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and more than 13,000 square feet of living space. And it’s all plopped on 14 private acres, located at 3018 Kingfisher Point in Chuluota, just east of Oviedo.

It’s currently under the ownership of Kinsey Craichy, a Florida-based health mogul, author and founder of supplement brand Living Fuel.

Craichy’s former Orlando home that he shared with wife and former Miss Florida Monica sold back in 2021. At the time, it broke Orange County’s record for most expensive home ever sold at $12.5 million.

Across the Chuluota home’s sprawling property and behind its two private gates in the Mills Cove community, it comes with equestrian facilities, a resort-style pool and gym, tennis and pickleball courts, a billiards room, home theater and a British-inspired sports pub.

There’s also a two-story office inside, plus a separate two-bedroom guest house with a full kitchen, a collector’s car gallery, and a five-stall barn that comes with paddocks, riding acreage and a residence for a stable manager.

It’s a megahome fit for royalty (of the health industry variety and beyond).

The home is listed for $9,000,000 and the agent handling the sale is Mark Zervos with Platinum Real Estate.
