It’s been just over a year since the late Hulk Hogan’s Florida home hit the market in Clearwater Beach. Now, the Florida Man and controversial wrestling legend’s much smaller beach abode is for sale.

Located at 1038 Eldorado Avenue in Clearwater, the 2,062-square-foot home comes with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. And it’s perched right next to the WWE icon’s former primary residence.

The much more modest cottage boasts an open floor plan, an updated kitchen, a pool, spa and views of the Florida Gulf. It’s listed for $4.5 million and the agent handling the sale is Martha Thorn with Coldwell Banker Realty Tampa.

Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, died at 71 in July 2025 following complications with neck surgeries. He had at times been the center of controversies including a union bust, sex tape leaks, Betty White slander and staunch support for Donald Trump, but nonetheless remained loved by many fans following an explosive WWE career.

One of those fans was Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, who created a “Hulk Hogan Day” in the state after his passing.
