Austin’s Coffee has announced a soft-opening date for their long-awaited new location, and the doors are finally opening at the end of January.

The coffee and arts haven shared on social media Monday that they will be up and running bright and early on Monday, Jan. 26, for a soft-opening trial period, with an aim to “officially” open on Jan. 30.

The new-look Austin’s will be housed in more expansive digs at 2240 W. Fairbanks Ave., not far from their old Winter Park location. The original Austin’s location closed last fall, but this “Austin’s 2.0” seems to be a net positive in terms of size and scale.

In addition, and honestly just as big of a development, Austin’s shared on social media their tentative new hours on social media and it’s a doozy. New co-owner Angela Whitmer, part of an ownership triad alongside Richard Whitmer and Preacher Lawson, announced the coffeehouse will be returning to their classic 24-7 model, along with a slate of themed open mic nights every single evening of the week.
