While this hurricane season season has left little to be happy about here in Central Florida, we managed to find an unmistakable silver lining in the form of new restaurants prime for emotional eating. Here’s a handful of brand-spanking new spots worth checking out this fall.

Teak Neighborhood Grill Maitland 901 S. Orlando Ave., 407-335-4836 While the restaurant is known for its decadent hand-crafted burgers, their lunch, dinner, and brunch menus offer a variety of options. The best part? Bonchon 5475 Gateway Village Circle, Ste. 102A, 407-270-8565 The much-anticipated Korean fried chicken chain originated in Busan, South Korea, and helped start the American obsession with sweet and spicy, double-fried chicken. Photo via Yelp

Orange County Brewers 131 N. Orange Ave., 407-914-2831 With a variety of flavorful beers, like the Green tea IPA and the Grapefruit Blonde Ale, OCB’s laid-back Florida theme is nothing short of refreshing.
