Universal Orlando guests will need to get ready to face Terrifier’s Art the Clown in the latest house announced for the Halloween Horror Nights 2025 lineup.

Victims, er, visitors will enter Art the Clown’s Funhouse, based on all three of Damien Leone’s Terrifier films, which are expected to deliver a level of gore on par with the movies.

The Terrifier slasher film concept was introduced by director Damien Leone in 2008 with short film The 9th Circle, followed by Terrifier in 2011 and two subsequent sequels, with a fourth installment still expected. The series features the horrifying supernatural entity known as Art the Clown, who torments the fictional community of Miles County on Halloween.

Art’s most grotesque and iconic kills will be featured through immersive sights, sounds and even smells. Those brave enough to trek through confined corridors can also expect to confront classic characters and possessed antagonists such as Vicky and the Little Pale Girl. The house will feature the Clown Café and other scenes from the movies, as well as a holiday twist in a nightmarish Christmas scene.

Fans of the series can also anticipate limited-release Terrifier-inspired merchandise. A T-shirt and bag are now available for purchase at the park and online. In addition, the Terrifier house will have its own graphic puzzle piece that fits into the Halloween Horror Nights collectible frame.

The Terrifier house joins several haunts already announced so far for this year’s event including “Galkn: Monsters of the North,” “Grave of the Flesh,” “Dolls: Let’s Play Dead,” “Hatchet and Chains: Demon Bounty Hunters” and “El Artista: A Spanish Haunting.”

Other house concepts based on IP include a Fallout-inspired maze, a “Jason Universe” house inspired by the Friday the 13th films and an attraction inspired by Five Nights at Freddy’s.

Halloween Horror Nights opens Aug. 29 at Universal Orlando. Tickets are available online now.
