Following a ton of teasers for this year’s Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando, the park has announced a chilling new house: “Galkn: Monsters of the North.”

The haunted house is the seventh announced so far and the final original house of 2025’s event. A total of 10 houses are anticipated this year.

“In a remote northern village, a wicked being rises from the dead, bringing a horde of monsters and demons from the fjords to wreak havoc on the townspeople,” Halloween Horror Nights said on social media. “You’ll face icy, horned, winged and wolfish fiends that gradually merge into one giant horror. Then you’ll try to escape the belly of the beast.”

“Galkn: Monsters of the North” comes following announcements for houses “Grave of the Flesh,” “Dolls: Let’s Play Dead,” “Hatchet and Chains: Demon Bounty Hunters” and “El Artista: A Spanish Haunting.”

Other nonoriginal house concepts include a Fallout-inspired maze, “Jason Universe” house inspired by the Friday the 13th films and an unknown attraction inspired by Five Nights at Freddy’s.

Halloween Horror Nights 2025 starts Aug. 19 and runs through Nov. 2. Tickets for the 48-night event are on sale now.
