‘Real Housewives’ star Larsa Pippen is selling her Florida penthouse for $4.2M

Reality star Larsa Pippen has listed her impressive downtown Miami penthouse for $4,199,999.

Pippen, cast member of the long-running Real Housewives of Miami and ex-wife of NBA icon Scottie Pippen, has lived in the posh space for nearly two years. She purchased the unit in March, 2022 for $3,375,000.

The penthouse, located at 851 NE First Ave., comes with four bedrooms and five bathrooms across 3,312 square feet in the Paramount Miami World Center. The unit offers spanning views of the city and can be rented fully furnished, if desired.

The $4,199,999 penthouse is being represented by Seth Semilof with Haute Real Estate, Inc.
