It got loud in the library (on purpose!) over the weekend when Orlandoans crowded into the downtown library to check out the second Melrose Pop Festival. Attendees were treated to music from Terri Binion, Mugs and Pockets (a rare homecoming set), the Tremolords, Amy Robbins in a Sidecar and Universal Funk Orchestra.
