Mecatos Bakery & Cafe, the homegrown chain offering Colombian baked good, hot bites, desserts, fruit smoothies and, of course, coffee, is set to open in the prominent space on the southwest corner of Morse Boulevard and Pennsylvania Avenue some time in 2026.
