It was beyond paranormal at Thornton Park District’s 11th annual Halloween Block Party this weekend. The night saw a lineup of Cirque du Soleil-themed performers, go-go dancers, stilt walkers, vaudeville entertainment and plenty of creatively costumed party-goers.
