Domu’s Sonny Nguyen will open Rion’s Ocean Room and Gyukatsu Rose under the newly formed Small Food Group

The two-in-one concept will specialize in ‘poke by the pound,’ Japanese fried beef cutlets and a la carte seafood snacks.
